Customer Service Advisor

Putting our customers’ needs at the centre of your day, they’ll be instantly put at ease by your warmth, helpfulness and sheer depth of knowledge. Handling incoming calls, you’ll be a reassuring voice, the first point of contact - someone who not only deals with customer enquiries quickly and efficiently when the worst does happen, but that also guides them through the choice of other useful products in our range, so that they’re even better protected in the future.
Team Manager
You’ll love the buzz of our fast paced contact centres. Leading by example, this is your chance to leave your mark on people by encouraging them with your infectious enthusiasm. You’ll take control of driving performance - ensuring that we successfully resolve any escalated customer issues and playing a hands-on role in evaluating, coaching and mentoring those around you. Our Team Managers come from all kinds of retail and customer service backgrounds. But they all have something in common - they’re born leaders, who know what it takes to make our customers happy and how to bring the best out of their team.
Sales Manager
You will be a sales expert in a fast and furious department, pivotal to the success of the company. With a great approach to employee engagement, you will excel in getting the best out of your people, enthusing your passion and delivering a strong result time after time. Managing a group of team managers within the consumer sales department, your natural talent for salesmanship will shine through, as you lead your team to the highest levels.
